OnePlus 7T Specs Leaked And They Are Quite Impressive

For the first time in its relatively short five-year history, OnePlus presented in May a “regular” variant and a Pro variant of its main flagship. As tradition dictates, a “T” upgrade is now just around the corner and it looks like we’ll have two different high-end devices again.

While OnePlus 7T Pro remains largely hidden, the non-Pro brother was essentially leaked last week by Steve H., aka @Onleaks, With a triple rear camera setup like no other on the market today, besides to a small notch on the screen and bevels in general very thin. But the key specs of OnePlus 7T weren’t revealed, letting us anticipate things like a Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, up to 8 GB of RAM and a Full HD + screen-based mainly on guesswork.

Well, there’s no need to wonder and guess, as the important technology filter for teenagers Ishan Agarwal claims to have the scoop on a number of key features of the OnePlus 7T.

Substantially better than the OnePlus 7, close to the 7 Pro

OnePlus 7T

Unlike the 6T last fall, which was basically a refined OnePlus 6 with a larger screen, a smaller notch, and a larger battery, OnePlus 7T is emerging as a radical upgrade to the OP7 no Pro. We are talking about major improvements in all areas, starting with the 90 Hz refresh rate of the 7.67-inch 7 Pro 3K “Fluid AMOLED” display. As previously mentioned, the 7T’s screen size will bring the new phone between 7 and 7 Pro, at around 6.55 inches.

On the other hand, the OnePlus 7T is unlikely to reach 7 Pro in terms of screen resolution, although the exact pixel count remains unclear. 2K normally represents a resolution of around 2560 x 1440 pixels, but technically it could also designate a number similar to the 2340 x 1080 pixels produced by the normal OnePlus 7, commonly known as Full HD + resolution. One thing seems crystal clear and the 7T will not match the 3120 x 1440 resolution of the 7 Pro.

However, believe it or not, OnePlus 7T is expected to include a faster Snapdragon 855+ SoC and will match its 128 and 256GB storage configurations with a generous amount of 8 gigabytes of RAM instead of just the last variant. Its 3,800 mAh battery capacity will represent a marginal increase in the OP7’s 3,700 mAh cell and the 48 MP main camera on the back could be joined by unspecified 16 and 12 MP image sensors.

OnePlus 7 Pro features an ultra-wide 16 MP trigger and an 8 MP telephoto lens, so it’s very likely that the latter will get a 12-megapixel upgrade, which probably makes the OnePlus 7T the best camera phone.

What about OnePlus 7T Pro?

This, our friend, is the million-dollar question, but unfortunately, Ishan Agarwal is not yet ready to answer. But the leak has a lot of information on the next ultra-high-end device, while a 4,080 mAh battery sounds impressive, Snapdragon 855 processor doesn’t make much sense when the OnePlus 7T isn’t inclined to pack the 855+ variety.

We just have to wait and see exactly how OnePlus 7T Pro can stand out from both the 7 Pro and 7T. Could there be a four-camera layout on the table? Perhaps a higher resolution screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate for games? A more elegant design with frames even more difficult to notice and an improved snapper selfie of some kind improved? Of course, we can dare to dream of something right now, but it shouldn’t take long before reality hits us, since OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro should be launched on September 26th all over the world.
