  1. Locate your PUBG local file directory

To do so:

  • Open Steam, go to Library, right-click on PUBG, and after that select Properties.
  • Click on Local files, and click Browse local files.
  • Then you’ll be redirected to the game files in your File Explorer, click on TslGame > Binaries > Win64.
  • After that, copy this directory link.
  1. Create a new Inbound Rule

Since you’ve known the local file directory for PUBG in your computer, now you can create a new rule for Inbound Rules in Windows Firewall.

  • Go to Control Panel, and click on System and Security => Windows Firewall or Windows Defender Firewall.
  • Click Advanced settings.
  • Click on Inbound Rules, and click on New Rule in the right pane.
  • Select Program and click Next.
  • Select This program path, and paste the PUBG file directory link that you just copied (or you can click Browse to select the local file directory in Step 1), and click Next.
  • Select All the connection, and click Next.
  • Leave it as When does the rule apply? and click Next.
  • For this rule, type a name and click on Finish.
  1. Create a new Outbound rule

Once created a new Inbound rule, you will have to create a new rule in Outbound Rules for your game file.

  • On the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security pane, click on Outbound Rules, and click on New Rule.
  • Select Program and click Next.
  • Select This program path, and paste the PUBG file directory link that you just copied (or you can click Browse to select the local file directory in Step 1), and click Next.
  • Select All the connection, and click Next.
  • Leave it as When does the rule apply? and click Next.
  • For this rule, type a name and click on Finish.
  • Close all the panes and restart your computer, then launch PUBG on your computer to see if it works.

4. Turn off BEServices in Task Manager

You can also end the background service for PUBG, and restart the service to fix PUBG the issue. Here’s how to do it:

  • Open Steam in your computer, and open PUBG.
  • Press the Windows logo key and R on the keyboard at the same time to invoke the Run box.
  • Type taskmgr in the Run box and click OK.
  • In the Processes tab, select BEServices, and click on End task.

5. Reconfigure Internet

Sometimes the issues with internet can stop your games from running properly, so you need to reconfigure your Internet to fix the issue.

  • Type cmd in the search box from the Start menu, right-click Command Prompt (or cmd if you’re using Windows 7), and select Run as administrator.
  • Type the following command each time in turn, press Enter every time after typing each command.
  • After running all the commands above, close Command Prompt.
  • Restart your computer and re-open PUBG.
  • Still no luck? OK. There’s one more thing to try.

6. Temporarily disable the antivirus program

You can also try to disable the antivirus program to fix the issue. To do so:

1) Close the game.

2) Disable the antivirus program Temporarily, such as Windows Defender, McAfee or Norton.

3) Restart your game and see if the problem resolves.

4) If it fixes the issue of PUBG stuck on the loading screen, it appears to be caused by your antivirus program. You can add your game to the exception/exclusion to your antivirus program and after that try your game again to see if it works.

5) Re-enable your antivirus program as disabling antivirus program may have risks for your computer.
